Gratuitous Food Post #42

 

Tonight's nosh is Almond Chicken Curry - as seen on the Beeb last weekend - a stack of Madras poppadums in the foreground and a freshly-opened jar of Ahmed's Mixed Pickle to the rear. We'll be having it with Tandoori Roti when the chicken's cooked through. I've got a good feeling about this one: I'll let you know how it pans out later; if it's a goodie, it could become a staple as it's really easy to cook, despite the number of ingredients.
