Season's Turn

Looking out toward Llandudno from near the Pier, Bangor

We're getting well into the turn of the season, after a (mostly) disappointing July and August; our summer proper was again early this year; with the really hot weather coming in April and May and just into June. I'm hoping for an indian summer: we have historically had good weather well into October and November after a poor high summer; but at the moment, climate change makes prediction as much of a lottery as this year's school students' exam grades.

It's looking pretty grim out west at the moment, but the forecast for the next few days looks OK, so fingers crossed we might get out and about this weekend.
